Fetish Dudes Review

While I wouldn't go so far as to say that all people have a fetish, I might be inclined to suggest that a lot of people are either aware that they have fetishes or don't realize that they have one. Whether you know your fetishes or whether you just love to explore different ones or news ones, Fetish Dudes promises a large collection and a lot of different fetish niches.

The moment I log into the members' area, I spot a list of categories. It's just a shortlist, but on the page-top menu you'll find a full one. Bondage, humiliation, spanking and a general fetish category can be found along with categories of types of men like twinks, DILFs, ebony and guys with muscles. There are only 32 full episodes available on FetishDudes and you'll notice that many scenes are listed in multiple categories.

While 32 scenes doesn't seem like a lot, the site was only launched in February 2012. They promise weekly updates, and up until August members of FetishDudes could anticipate a new movie every week. However, there hasn't been a new updates since that time. Also, there were, during my visit, a lot of coding errors on the video pages. It made me think that the webmaster hasn't paid a visit to the site since about August, either. I'm not sure how I feel about any site that gives you the impression that the people running it don't really care too much. Why should we care if they don't?

In any case, there may not be a lot of fetish flicks, but there is a lot to be had from the bonus network. Aside from live cams and gay porn from Jizz Vault, your membership gives you access to about a half dozen gay hardcore sites including JustGoneGay, GayBlackBangers, HammerVIP and TopDogRaw. I've seen a few of these bonus sites and I didn't have any issues with them, so you do end up getting quite a good quality collection. Unfortunately, when it comes to satiating your fetish fantasies, it doesn't look like enthusiasts are in luck.

The site is really quite plain. There aren't a lot of browsing tools and even on model profile pages you get a bare minimum of information. Actually, the model pages give you a list of videos, but nothing else. Browsing the sets of photos proves a bit daunting, as well. The pictures are nice sized 1600x1066 shots and there are typically over 200 of them in a set. There are Zip files to collect entire sets, but browsing the pictures online is a pain. You click on a thumbnail and a picture enlarges in a new tab. However, you need to go back to the thumbnail list to see the next picture and so on because there isn't a viewer to make the process seemless.

Video options are good. There are in-browser streams that play instantly and without issue. Now, as I mentioned, there were coding issues on the episode pages. When things are working properly, you end up getting medium-quality (986kbps, 480x360) WMV and MP4 downloads, as well as an HD MOV (3500kbps, 1920x1080) format option. During my visit, I was able to download MOV files, but not the others. Fortunately, the entire network of exclusive sites offers consistent quality movies, so when the site is running properly you do get some decent looking films. Of course, the site isn't running smoothly. Even if it was, there isn't a whole lot to see here, there isn't a fetish specialty and I can't see too many people getting overly excited about the scenes that exist so far.

Final Verdict

The bottom line is that Fetish Dudes just doesn't have enough scenes, it doesn't appear to be updating and the site has a lot of issues. Even if the kinks were to be worked out, I can't see the site being all that exciting for fetish fans. The larger network, called Epic Male, is a good membership for those looking for a library of different-themed gay hardcore videos, but BDSM and fetish enthusiasts won't get much of a thrill out of FetishDudes or the network.
